I am really sorry to disappoint all of my fans, but I think that I am going to pull out of doing the Grocery Gathering and also $5 Dinner Bargain Meal of the Week. I have not been that excited about doing the posts the last couple of weeks (probably last 2 months) and I decided that I am just burned out on them. I am still going to plan my menus and do coupons for myself; I am just not going to post it on my blog. I am going to use my blog for strictly family stuff and life in general.
I hope that you all still stick around because I like finding out who is reading my ramblings and enjoy going to your blogs and following along in your lives. Again, sorry, and I really hope you keep reading about EK and our exciting life!

Lettuce $1.00 (on sale this week)
Roma tomatoes $.50
Mexican corn $.50
Catalina Salad Dressing $.50
Ranch Style Beans $.89
Yellow Onion $.15
Shredded cheddar cheese $1.00
Corn chips (is desired)
Brown ground chuck. Cut up lettuce, roma tomato and yellow onion. Meat, lettuce, tomato, onion with 1 can Mexican corn and 1 can Ranch Style Beans. Pour Catalina salad dressing over this and add shredded cheddar cheese. Serve by itself of with corn chips.
